We are offering you the most affordable package any business can offer to take care of your home, but without cutting on the quality of our service. About us

H&F Services is a family run business, proudly serving La Marina Alta & La Marina Baja property owners since 1990s. From the start,with Cayetano Ferrer Vives at the front run, we have grown a portfolio of customers that trusted and relied on us for all these years. Recently, Cayetano left the company for his deserved retirement and, that is where Tomas & Alicia took over and proudly and successfully carried on with the family tradition, with Cayetano still being their trusted advisor.

H&F services has grown to become a steady and reliable service provider. Over the years we have connected with our clients mostly through word of mouth recommendation and have stayed with our clients long-term. In 2019 we have decided to expand our family business and create this website to offer our trusted and reliable services to all international clients owning a property in La Marina Alta.

We offer a range of standard services connected to home care but we also offer made to measure solutions to fit any of our clients individual needs. Specializing in property management and maintenance.

So many things could happen when you are not here

We will performe regular and detailed interior and exterior INSPECTIONS of your property and assets to minimise the chance of unexpected and expensive repairs or bills. We offer secure key holding and our inspections include: security checks on locks, doors and windows; watering indoor plants; check gas, water and electric supplies and record usage on every visit, turn them off on departure and back on for arrival. In general, check the property and report any damages such as leaks, humidity etc.. After every visit we will send you a check list style documentation of the inspection together with photos.

Need for MAINTENANCE occurs after the failure of an appliance or after an unfortunate event. A standard procedure always follows any incident which includes: Assessing the situation, dealing with insurance companies if necessary, arranging quotations for repairs, supervising the repaired work or replacement of damaged items and finally quality controls to check the end result.

Tomas Hejsek

Alicia Ferrer Rosello

Tomas was born in Czech Republic. Came to Spain in early 2019 from UK were he worked and study for 7 years. Also, there is where he found his life/business partner Alicia Ferrer Rosello. Tomas studied Hotel marketing and management which helped him to later obtain a management position in one of the 4 stars Sarova Hotels in UK. In the management position, Tomas has improved his organizational skills which helps him with long-term and day to day tasks in H&F services.

Alicia is from Benissa, one of the towns where we work in the area of the Costa Blanca – La Marina Alta. In 2013, She became a philologist, after studying English Studies and a Master on Teaching and decided to go to UK to improve her knowledge of English further. During the 6 years she was in UK working in the Hospitality trade as a Reception Manager in a 4 star hotel, she realized that ‘customer service’ was her real passion. As one of our goals is to provide VIP treatment, Alicia is the ideal member of our team to go the extra mile with our clients and exceed their expectations.

We would recommend this addition to our Coronavirus package, but we understand that it might not be essential for you. We would recommend to keep the garden presentable to prevent eventual robberies and problems with squatters: your property would visually looked inhabited which could help to avoid them

Gardening Coronavirus Package - 65 Eur/month

Available only with Coronavirus Package

Package includes:

  •  8 hours of gardening

Note: we cannot provide you with specifics to this service as it depends on size and type of the garden. We would always focus on the overall presentation of the garden.

Silver Package – 199 Eur/month

Package Includes:

  • Gardening service – 12 hours

  • Checks of the irrigation system

  • Two monthly security inspections

  • Sight interior and exterior inspection of the owners property

  • Watering of the owners interior plants

  • Opening of doors and windows for general ventilation

  • Physical inspection of the owner‘s utilities-main supplies: gas, electricity and water ( readings are recorded on the inspection checlist)

  • Flushing of the toilets to prevent cal deposits

  • Sight inspection of the cleanliness of the pool

  • Communication to the owner of any visible damage or repairs that need attention

Gold Package - 250 Eur/month

21% VAT is not included in the price

Package includes:

  • Gardening service – 16 hours

  • Weekly security checks

  • Checks of the irrigation system

  • Sight interior and exterior inspection of the owners property

  • Watering of the owners interior plants

  • Opening of doors and windows for general ventilation

  • Physical inspection of the owner‘s utilities-main supplies: gas, electricity and water ( readings are recorded on the inspection checlist)

  • Flushing of the toilets to prevent cal deposits

  • Sight inspection of the cleanliness of the pool

  • Communication to the owner of any visible damage or repairs that need attention

  • Secure key-holding

  • Visit after storm when flooding was possible

  • Mail forwarding (upon request)

  • Attendance to oversee deliveries and repairs
